Job Description:

The Client Planning Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional media buying services to the team and clients. With a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery, this position involves providing precise reporting and inputting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver tasks to deadlines with precision and accuracy ensuring seamless project execution.
  2. Ensure accurate reporting and inputting of client information maintaining data integrity.
  3. Manage client relationships and deliver results-driven solutions driving business growth.
  4. Cultivate effective relationships with creative agency partners and media stakeholders fostering collaboration.
  5. Oversee financial management and campaign optimization for enhanced ROI.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in the industry demonstrating expertise.
  2. Competent in various investment processes tools and buying fundamentals showcasing knowledge.
  3. Demonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and client media contracts.
  4. Advantageous if you can demonstrate competency in relevant systems including Microsoft Office and Nielsen Answers.
  5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail and accuracy.
