Driving Organizational Change

You will assume a pivotal role in our Transformation Office, supporting the implementation of critical initiatives across the organization. Establishing reporting frameworks that promote program transformation and enhance governance, you will ensure timely completion of programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Engage closely with initiative leads, project managers, and collaborators to produce reports on business outcomes.
We seek an individual with experience in supporting the planning and execution of key initiatives within complex organizational settings. Essential skills include:
- Implementing delivery frameworks, tracking achievements, and upholding project governance standards;
- Coordinating resource allocation and delivery schedules with project managers and business partners;
- Developing reports to monitor transformation program health, track risks/issues, and ensure timely benefit realization;
- Facilitating cross-functional coordination for effective delivery of programs;
- Applying analytical approaches to track initiative performance against key value drivers and inform data-driven discussions.
