We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to excel in driving revenue growth and expanding our network of valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage high-potential clients through LinkedIn, social media, and digital outreach strategies.
- Consultative Approach: Provide educational guidance to prospects to make informed decisions regarding personal development programs.
- Pipeline Development & Management: Foster and maintain a strong pipeline to drive sales growth.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize digital campaigns to attract the target audience and maximize conversions.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Utilize cutting-edge AI marketing training and in-house tools to drive lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience with various sales techniques.
- A proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with lead management and CRM software.
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Effective leadership skills.
