We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our sales and revenue growth. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue goals, driving collaboration across teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimise pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities include fostering a high-performance culture, creating innovative guest engagement strategies, and leading the long-term commercial strategy of the hotel. A proven track record in senior sales & marketing leadership roles is essential, as is strong commercial acumen with a history of achieving revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Foster a cross-functional culture that drives collaboration and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement guest engagement strategies to drive repeat business and focus on personalised experiences.
  • Lead and execute the long-term commercial strategy of the hotel ensuring alignment with brand standards and owner expectations.
