  • Customer Service:

    • Prepare quotes and follow up with customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
    • Build and manage long term customer relationships, fostering strong partnerships and loyalty.
    • Enter sales data accurately into systems, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Administration:
    • Process invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders efficiently and effectively.
    • Assist with accounts payable and debt collection, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of issues.
    • Maintain accurate records and generate reports, providing valuable insights and data analysis.
    • Support inventory management and cash handling, optimizing financial performance and reducing costs.
  • Transport Coordination:
    • Schedule truck deliveries and prepare required paperwork, ensuring smooth transportation and logistics operations.
    • Monitor freight costs and ensure efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
    • Understand truck load capacities, maximizing vehicle utilization and minimizing empty miles.
    • Process PODs and transport related invoices, streamlining administrative processes and reducing errors.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Adhere to and promote company safety policies, prioritizing employee well-being and workplace safety.
    • Report hazards and incidents promptly, ensuring swift action and resolution.
    • Participate in safety audits and complete safety calendar, maintaining a culture of safety and compliance.
    • Conduct contractor inductions, educating new personnel on company procedures and protocols.
  • Additional Outcomes:
    • Manage the customer journey from quote through to delivery, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure data accuracy and up-to-date account records, maintaining a clean and organized database.
    • Coordinate effectively with sales, scheduling, and production teams, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
    • Provide reliable support to both internal and external stakeholders, building trust and confidence.
