Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

This critical role supports our global operations, requiring a skilled Logistics Coordinator to collaborate with stakeholders across international factory networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales on supply chain planning for optimal stock holdings at part-number level.
  • Define and adjust safety stock and reorder levels based on market demand.
  • Place and manage replenishment orders across multiple factories, maintaining accurate master data in ERP systems.
  • Consolidate inventory and logistics data to coordinate container shipments and reduce costs.
  • Lead inbound activities including discrepancy resolution, customs clearance, and tariff paperwork.
  • Manage customer returns, assess resale viability, and coordinate repackaging or credit issuance.
  • Reconcile monthly and annual stock records between warehouse and ERP systems to ensure audit compliance.
  • Support ERP module implementation and optimization for inventory management, resolving issues and driving improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, or inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and data management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to evolving systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with logistics, customs documentation, and tariff concessions.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
