About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive customer growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and innovative marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful cross-sell and refinance strategies, leveraging sophisticated segmentation and customer insights to maximise lifetime value.

- Develop and execute comprehensive refinance and cross-sell strategies, identifying optimal channel and pricing criteria to maximise conversion opportunities
- Lead continuous improvement of application journeys, identifying friction points and implementing streamlined experiences that maximise conversion rates
- Project manage technical enhancements to customer platforms, CRM systems, and application flows, working with IT and product teams to prioritise and implement features that enable more effective cross-selling
- Analyse customer data to identify patterns indicating refinance readiness or product affinity, using predictive modelling to proactively target customers before they seek alternatives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across all customer communications to continuously improve refinance and cross-sell conversion rates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services industries
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive refinance and cross-sell strategy, leading continuous improvement of application journeys, project managing technical enhancements, analysing customer data, and leading A/B testing initiatives.
