We are seeking a skilled Digital Client Growth Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-sales service and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

About the Role

As a Digital Client Growth Strategist, you will be the trusted partner for clients, translating their objectives into actionable strategies that ensure successful campaign execution and drive growth and retention.

  • Client Satisfaction: You will own the post-sales process, acting as the main client contact from campaign activation to completion, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Bridge the Gap: You will bridge the gap between Sales and AdOps, ensuring campaign setup, pacing, and optimization align with client needs and expectations.
  • Campaign Performance: You will monitor campaign performance and proactively report insights to clients, ensuring they understand results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Solution Development: You will provide strategic recommendations to clients, helping them maximize campaign performance and achieve their business objectives.
