Support the Delivery of Food and Beverage in a Vibrant Wine Terrace and Award-Winning Restaurants

We are seeking positive and motivated individuals to support the delivery of food and beverage in our vibrant Wine Terrace and award-winning restaurants.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from some of the best and work in one of the Peninsula's most beautiful and busy venues.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent results
  • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • A friendly, confident attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Wine knowledge and knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula and its surrounds is a distinct advantage
