About the Opportunity
Oscars Group is seeking a passionate and dynamic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Presentation of menus and provision of recommendations to guests.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling certificate is essential or willing to obtain.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Job Type: Casual.
- Pay: $30.13 - $32.25 per hour.
- Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week.
- Schedule:
- Afternoon shift.
- Day shift.
- Evening shift.
- Morning shift.
- Rotating roster.
- Weekend availability.
