Food and Beverage Attendant - Thriving Sports Environment

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing warm welcomes, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong hospitality skills, a passion for delivering winning service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and set the tone for an epic visit
  • Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain excellent communication with customers
  • Upsell products, answer questions, and provide menu knowledge to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality experience in restaurants or pubs is highly valued
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A positive attitude, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a love for sport
  • RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics certifications
