Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our dynamic team.

This is a part-time position, working 20-30 hours per week over a 7-day roster. We are looking for long-term team members who can commit to at least 1 year of service with the F&B team.

  • Previous experience in either a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills while welcoming, seating and taking guest orders
  • Providing menu and dining recommendations/offers
  • Liaising with guests and customers professionally and with a warm, friendly demeanor
  • Providing beverage and bottle services
  • Being enthusiastic, reliable and self-driven
  • Setting up conference space (moving chairs and tables)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome, seat and take orders from guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide menu and dining recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Liaise with guests and customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
