As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will have the privilege of serving millions of meals to Defence personnel under our Defence Life brand. Whether it is out in the field or in dining halls, we provide everything from snacks to buffet-style meals to first-class dining experiences for functions.

The support you provide is vital in ensuring our personnel thrive during their service. We deliver high-quality food coupled with a fantastic customer service experience.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with company policies and practices
- Ensure all company policies and practices are applied, and ensure Food Safety Practices are adhered to
- Provide hospitality services including front-of-house and bar operations
- Assist with delivery of food and drinks

**Requirements:**

- RSA qualified (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous F&B experience beneficial
- Great presentation and customer service skills
- Strong awareness of hygiene & food safety standards
