Workplace Experience Manager

Sinch is a global leader in the communication platform as a service (CPaaS) market, and we're seeking a skilled Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a great workplace experience for our employees, collaborating with key stakeholders and partners to create an engaging and productive workplace environment that aligns with Sinch's values and culture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall facility operations of multiple offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee health and safety aspects according to regulation.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.
- Coordinate projects and events for multiple offices, including booking, planning, and execution.
- Work closely with HR to support the new starter onboarding process and maintain a vibrant atmosphere for in-house events.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as raising POs, arranging meetings, and processing invoices.
- Assist employees with their travel arrangements in accordance with the Travel policy.
- Proven experience in workplace or facilities management roles.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
