Key Business Opportunity: Strategic Growth Manager
We seek a strategic thinker with market insight to identify and seize business opportunities, foster customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of the market and product solutions, prospecting new business, and developing strong partnerships with Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
The role entails:
- Maintaining expertise in market trends and product offerings
- Prospecting new business and building a robust sales pipeline
- Hunting new opportunities within existing accounts by cultivating strong relationships with other Sales Representatives and Account Managers
- Planning, scheduling, and reviewing sales opportunities
- Preparing tenders and quotes aligned with our pricing strategy
- Managing portfolios and ensuring customers receive exceptional service
- Collaborating closely with branch staff to deliver continuous customer service excellence
About You - Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in the hose and fitting industry with an understanding of solution selling Industrial Products and services
- Able to undertake regular country travel
- Valid driver's license
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing, business planning, and sales strategy skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative ideas and strategies in sales planning and forecasting
- High energy, passionate about collaboration, and a professional outlook
