Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success professional to join our growing team. This role focuses on relationship management, client retention, and helping clients achieve their business objectives through innovative SaaS solutions.

The Customer Success team acts as the bridge between us and our clients, driving customer engagement, support excellence, and long-term client success. The team manages the full customer journey from onboarding through renewals and ensures our solutions deliver maximum value to every client.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead the end-to-end customer journey for your assigned portfolio, proactively managing client relationships and tailoring solutions for long-term success. Your expertise will drive:

  • Client relationship management — championing onboarding, product adoption, and engagement while understanding individual business needs
  • Strategic customer engagement — monitoring usage metrics, facilitating educational sessions, and acting on strategies for renewals and growth opportunities
  • Cross-functional collaboration — working with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align on implementations and service delivery
