Client Relationship Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our underwriting team to provide expert advice and solutions to our clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. You will also need to have a solid understanding of commercial insurance products and services, as well as the ability to negotiate and close deals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in client relationship management, preferably in the commercial insurance industry. You will also need to have a proven track record of delivering results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
