Leading Client Relationships

As a Client Success Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients across various business functions, providing them with value far exceeding their investment. Your primary objective will be to understand client priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify effective ways to support clients in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
2. Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision-makers.
3. Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend programs of action that drive high value and return on investment.
4. Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
2. Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
3. Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
