Transformative Data Solutions Expert

  • This role will focus on architecting and implementing scalable data solutions, leading large-scale data migrations, and optimizing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines as the organization transitions from legacy data warehouses.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ETL development and optimization, with expertise in Informatica or equivalent ETL platforms. Prior experience in large-scale data migration programs is essential, particularly within the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement modern, scalable data solutions using cutting-edge ETL tools.
  • Lead solution design and architecture for large-scale data migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and minimize latency.
  • Support the transition from legacy data warehouses to modern platforms, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Solution Designer, with a strong background in ETL development and optimization.
  • Expertise in Informatica or equivalent ETL platforms, with experience in large-scale data migration programs.
  • Prior experience in the banking industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
