Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Officer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our customer-facing team in delivering high-quality service to the public.

The successful candidate will have significant customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service support and act as an escalation point for complex enquiries.
  • Deliver operational support and guidance to the customer-facing team.
  • Handle cashiering and financial transactions using internal systems.
  • Utilise various specialist programs including Customer Relationship Management, Geographic Information Systems, and Document Management systems.
  • Build positive relationships within the team and with community members, contractors, and government agencies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant customer service experience at a senior level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience providing operational support and advice to team members, including handling complex or difficult queries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to use initiative and display sound judgement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Team player with enthusiasm and positivity, able to work independently when required.
