As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will help customers at a time and place that suits them via in-branch video appointment, video anywhere or voice anywhere. You will help customers make the most of their money by asking the right questions to better identify and understand their banking needs. The role of our Virtual Senior Customer Service Specialists is a key position in our branch network, and you will hold quality conversations with our customers on a day-to-day basis, creating a stress-free, seamless experience for each person you serve

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with transactional and savings banking needs
  • Provide relevant banking advice to suit our customers' individual situation and goals
  • Refer customers to specialist bankers where required
  • Educate customers on new technologies to assist them with their future banking needs

What do I need?
  • A proven track record in a face-to-face customer service role with experience of driving sales through personal interactions
  • Skilled in multitasking within fast-paced environments, without compromising customer needs
  • Expert at building rapport with diverse customers, enhancing customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Proficient in identifying customer needs through effective questioning and proactive outreach
  • A will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
