Employee Relations Lead

Main Responsibilities
  • Coach senior executives on industrial relations strategies.
  • Identify emerging employee relations issues and develop effective responses.
  • Design and implement employee relations initiatives aligned with legislative requirements.
  • Lead complex industrial negotiations to achieve fair resolutions.
