Job Opportunity

To excel in this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of industrial and commercial assets, ensuring optimal performance and longevity through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning for assets, plant, and equipment.
  • Leading compliance efforts across essential services and risk management aligned with national standards.
  • Collaborating with property management to oversee financial planning and expenditure.
  • Procuring and negotiating service contracts, managing tenders and RFPs with precision.
  • Delivering accurate expenditure and performance reports for regular client updates.
  • Ensuring occupational health and safety standards are upheld through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews.
