- Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies to protect investments.
- Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing asset investments and resource allocation.
- Maintain comprehensive project and asset records, including contracts, financial reports, and performance metrics.
Background:
- Proven experience in cost estimation, asset management, and investment within the Construction and Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge in construction contracts, procurement methods, and building regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to details with a focus on accuracy.
