The role

As our Growth & Aggregation Manager for Queensland, you'll be responsible for bringing LMG's Asset Finance strategy to life. You'll work closely with brokers, lender partners, and internal teams to help our network diversify, grow, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

This is a hands-on role where you'll combine coaching, recruitment, training, and relationship-building to drive success across our asset finance community.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

  • Drive broker growth by delivering training, education pathways, and professional development programs.
  • Partner with Partnership Managers to identify and support brokers ready to expand into asset finance.
  • Build strong connections with lenders and industry bodies like CAFBA to create opportunities for our broker community.
  • Support recruitment of asset finance–focused businesses into LMG and help them leverage our technology, referral programs, and lender panel.
  • Provide ongoing support to broker business owners, ensuring they're equipped with the right tools, insights, and solutions to succeed.
What you'll bring
  • Experience in financial services, aggregation, or lending.
  • A solid understanding of the asset finance landscape.
  • Proven experience in coaching, growth strategy, or broker enablement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence with digital platforms/CRM.
