Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional maintenance and custodial services to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Perform routine cleaning duties, including operating waxing and polishing machines and automatic scrubbers.
  • Conduct preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of facilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and email.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.
  • One year of experience as a cleaner, with training in WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety regulations an asset.
  • Custodial and/or maintenance experience in a post-secondary or commercial setting considered an asset.
  • Ongoing experience working in trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) also considered an asset.

  • Familiarity with Megamation software is necessary.
