**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and building services at our health service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and coordinate contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Manage asset maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as required.

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in building maintenance or engineering fields.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time vacancy working 30 hours per fortnight.
