Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our community's buildings and open spaces.

Your primary responsibility will be to support our skilled trades team in various maintenance activities, including roof and gutter cleaning, graffiti removal, and minor repairs such as carpentry and painting. You will also assist with general labouring duties and work safely at heights using appropriate equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support trade teams in maintenance activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • National Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Class C driver's licence
  • Demonstrated experience in trade maintenance or construction support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
