Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, be naturally adept at multitasking, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders

- Running team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Performing various administrative duties such as data entry and record-keeping
- Assisting practitioners with day-to-day tasks and providing support when needed
- Processing referrals and liaising with health professionals
- Compiling daily statistics and reports
