About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, the Strategic Alliance Manager will report directly to the Group Partnership Manager. This critical role involves coordinating all aspects of successful campaign management with key clients.

You will lead client campaign implementation, ensuring timely delivery, execution of agreed-upon deliverables, and excellent service with minimal errors. Spearheading meetings from commencement to conclusion, frequent communications, and progress reports, you'll be the consistent champion for clients across the business.

As a seasoned professional, you'll bring prior experience to work across a diverse portfolio of Commercial Managers and clients, managing complexities, competing priorities, and varying stakeholder needs to deliver exceptional results.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in campaign management or sales within the radio, media, or similar industry;
  • Has expertise in managing partner servicing plans, budgets, and other deliverables to a high standard;
  • Possesses outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas;
  • Excels in communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Is a team player, working cooperatively with others across the organisation to achieve results;
  • Has a proven ability to think creatively, developing innovative solutions for clients;
  • Experience within a media and/or advertising agency would be highly regarded;
  • A passion for sport and/or media is essential.
