We're seeking a results-driven Access Channel Manager to spearhead our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing market access plans, driving product launches, promotions, partnerships deployments, and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge strong relationships with distributors, fabricators, installers, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and implement the Access Channel Sales Plan, including product launches, promotions, and partnerships deployments.

Additionally, the role involves analyzing competitor strategies and market positioning to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation, as well as gathering insights from customers and partners to inform positioning and product strategies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of experience in sales and territory management within a technical consumer durable channel, with a proven sales track record and strong business acumen. You'll also require excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

You'll be expected to model the standards of behavior expected of all employees and adhere to our Group Values and Behavioral norms.
