Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to support the delivery of complex façade systems on high-rise developments.
About the Role
The Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating façade design documentation and detail, liaising with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design compliance and constructability, and supporting procurement activities including managing overseas suppliers and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate façade design documentation and detail
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design compliance and constructability
- Support procurement activities, including managing overseas suppliers and logistics
- Track design progress, approvals, and revisions across project stages
- Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience in façade curtain wall and window wall system design coordination for high-rise buildings
- Prior experience working as a facade subcontractor on packages valued over $5m
- Familiarity with international procurement processes and documentation
- Ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools
- Prior experience in 2D and 3D drafting
