This is a pivotal role within Duratec subcontracting firm specialising in large-scale façade packages exceeding $10 million in value.
Lead façade design development from concept to construction Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams Manage international procurement processes and supplier relationships Oversee design documentation, compliance, and approvals Drive value engineering and innovation in façade curtain wall and window wall solutions Lead technical role in support of project teams on design and construct projects Support in scoping, brief development and selection & engagement of technical consultants and key suppliers/fabricators Assist with development of complex installation and fabrication work packages Assist with temporary works management related to access, installation equipment and material movements Technical reviews, risk and opportunity identification to client design Key Technical / Engineering liaison with client & client's designer About You Along with previous experience in a similar role within the construction and/or engineering sectors you will have an interest in business development along with; Proven experience in façade high rise curtain wall and/or window wall design management Managed multiple stakeholder and subcontractors on large-scale projects Prior experience in international procurement and logistics Commercial awareness with the ability to identify cost efficiencies and program requirements Experience with Digital Engineering & BIMDegree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred The Benefits Relocation assistance available Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Access to everyday discounts from Australia's leading retailers with Flare Paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers Please submit your resume today and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
