High Rise Façade Design Leader

This pivotal position involves leading the design coordination and delivery of complex façade curtain wall and window wall systems for high-rise developments.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in façade high rise curtain wall and/or window wall design management, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors on large-scale projects. They will also possess commercial awareness, with the ability to identify cost efficiencies and program requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead façade design development from concept to construction
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage international procurement processes and supplier relationships
- Oversight of design documentation, compliance, and approvals
- Drive value engineering and innovation in façade curtain wall and window wall solutions
About You
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager who has:
- Proven experience in façade high rise curtain wall and/or window wall design management
- Managed multiple stakeholder and subcontractors on large-scale projects
- Prior experience in international procurement and logistics
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify cost efficiencies and program requirements
