Lead Façade Design and Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Professional to lead the design coordination and delivery of complex façade curtain wall and window wall systems for high-rise developments.

This is a pivotal role within our organization, specialising in large-scale façade packages exceeding $10 million in value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading façade design development from concept to construction, coordinating with architects, consultants, and internal teams, managing international procurement processes and supplier relationships, overseeing design documentation, compliance, and approvals.

  • Drive value engineering and innovation in façade curtain wall and window wall solutions
  • Lead technical role in support of project teams on design and construct projects
  • Support in scoping, brief development and selection & engagement of technical consultants and key suppliers/fabricators
  • Assist with development of complex installation and fabrication work packages
  • Assist with temporary works management related to access, installation equipment and material movements

Along with previous experience in a similar role within the construction and/or engineering sectors, you will have an interest in business development along with:

  • Proven experience in façade high rise curtain wall and/or window wall design management
  • Managed multiple stakeholder and subcontractors on large-scale projects
  • Prior experience in international procurement and logistics
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify cost efficiencies and program requirements
  • Experience with Digital Engineering & BIM
