Our Rostering Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of rosters, collaborating with our Regional Supervisory team to create, publish and maintain monthly rosters well in advance.

We are seeking an experienced rostering professional who can maintain composure under pressure, manage priorities well and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to learn new systems quickly, becoming a trusted advisor to our team.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities include:

- Conducting roster management activities in compliance with established processes.
- Actively managing and resolving roster disruptions due to illness or cancellations.
- Maintaining employee and client files in our rostering system.
- Collaborating with our People & Culture team to recruit support workers based on client needs.
- Providing support during client intake processes as required.
- Contributing to business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.
