Job Title: Workforce Planner

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Workforce Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a high-quality rostering process that balances operational needs with team member work/life balance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale hospitality or similar high-volume industries, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with rostering systems and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units and stakeholders to develop quality rostering processes that promote equity, predictability, and work/life balance.
  • Operate within company policies, ensuring roster patterns align with agreed standards.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to adhere to key timeframes, including leave approvals and roster publication schedules.
  • Monitor roster production progress, ensuring all assignments (leave, training, special requirements) are completed on time.
  • Conduct regular audits of rostering processes, facilitating continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
