About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Remuneration Partner to join our team at AGL. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing and advising on remuneration policies, processes, and programs that support our strategic imperatives.

As the Reward Partner, you will develop and deliver competitive reward offerings to drive attraction, motivation, and retention of our people. You will work closely with business leaders and P&C peers to design and manage remuneration policies, benefits programs, incentives, equity plans, and other reward-related initiatives across all levels at AGL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage remuneration policies, benefits programs, incentives, equity plans, and other reward-related initiatives across all levels at AGL.
  • Expand benefit offerings and help construct a competitive Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Contribute to the development and execution of AGL's reward strategy, staying updated on emerging trends in remuneration.
  • Play a key role in preparing AGL's annual Remuneration Report, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements in collaboration with Finance and external auditors.
  • Lead the annual remuneration review process, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Validate and provide advice on role evaluations using the Korn Ferry Hay Group job evaluation framework.
  • Partner with business leaders and P&C peers on salary and incentive recommendations.
  • Oversee governance and updates of Sales Incentive Plans and lead the Performance & Development Review process, including goal-setting and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining job architecture in Workday.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reward and Remuneration Partner who can bring a strong understanding of remuneration policies, processes, and programs. You will have a proven track record of developing and delivering competitive reward offerings and a strong ability to collaborate effectively across wider P&C team and the enterprise.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a corporate Remuneration and Benefits position.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, coupled with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills.
  • Proven influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across wider P&C team and the enterprise.
  • HRIS experience, Workday preferred.
  • Qualified in Korn Ferry Hay Group or similar job evaluation methodology highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related business discipline.
