About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Advisor to join our team at Suncorp Group. As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will play a critical role in shaping our reward strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on executive compensation, including benchmarking, job evaluations, and remuneration recommendations.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of reward strategies across the Group, including remuneration, recognition, benefits, superannuation, and insurances.
  • Prepare employee equity offers, conduct role pay and gender pay analytics, and support diversity reporting.
  • Manage remuneration budgets and forecasts, deliver Suncorp's share plans, and oversee the relationship with share services providers.
  • Implement new benefits and review the effectiveness of existing ones. Manage relationships with benefits vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in advising and delivering on reward and benefits policies and practices, with sound knowledge of current trends, legislation, and taxation.
  • Proven consultation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, advanced Excel capabilities for analysing large and complex data sets, and the ability to research, extract, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative, manage ambiguity, and understand, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
