Lead Ancillary Integrity and Compensation Specialist

The role of Ancillary Integrity and Compensation Team Lead at Dental Corporation is a high-profile position that demands a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing mid-sized teams.
The key focus of this role is to lead the ancillary integrity and compensation functions to effectively detect, prevent, and recover financial losses resulting from claims leakage.
As a mid-sized team leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs of work that leverage advanced analytics, process, and system improvements to operate more effectively.
To achieve commercial outcomes, you will need to engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, technical specialists, and operational managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the ancillary integrity and compensation functions to meet annual operating plan targets
- Establishing strong relationships with providers, the legal community, and other payers to drive high levels of detection and recovery of claims
- Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the team's outputs are reliable and accurate
- Providing specialist input into the data science program of work and collaborating with the Claims Integrity Data Science Team
