We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and productive work environment that meets the needs of our clients and staff.
- Assist the facilities management team in providing a range of services, including meeting room management, catering, and audio-visual support.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and coordinate the day-to-day running of office premises.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on technical issues, such as security, safety, and IT.
- Manage meeting room services and ensure that rooms are set up and ready for each booking.
- Assist with organizing office events and activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
