Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a charismatic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. As the ambassador of comfort, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage phone calls, meeting rooms booking, and service beverages to all guests.
- Enhance visitors' stay by engaging in welcoming conversations that enrich their overall experience.
- Create an inviting atmosphere by ensuring the spaces are clean, organized, and comfortable.
- Be the go-to person for all things related to office environment, from setting up cutting-edge technology to ensuring the pantry is stocked.
- Perform daily floor walks and facilities inspections, and prepare reports as required.
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals, and raise Purchase Orders in systems.
- Ensure Work Health & Safety is adhered to and monthly safety observations recorded.
- Charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of the company.
- Approachable, genuine, and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others, instill a sense of belonging within the workplace.
- Thrive in various situations, remain calm under pressure, but proactive and willing to take initiative to address issues.
- Demonstrate integrity, passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
