We are seeking an Aboriginal Liaison Officer to join our team. This role will involve enhancing the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in metropolitan Adelaide and rural and remote communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and their families, collaborating with Aboriginal communities and other service providers, ensuring access to health service information, and coordinating access to various services.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Cert IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care Certificate IV (Practice or Community Care) or equivalent lived experience and a willingness to undertake the Cert IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care. You will also need to demonstrate high level of communication skills relating to liaising and advocating effectively with and on behalf of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and their families in a culturally appropriate manner.

Requirements:
