Project Leadership Opportunity

Our organization seeks a skilled project manager to lead regional implementation projects in Australia.

The role involves managing end-to-end technology implementation from initiation to closing, including updates, upgrades, and successful handover to support teams.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close processes related to the implementation of these technology projects.
  • Provide functional leadership to guide, motivate, and direct teams.
  • Manage technical aspects by effectively utilizing subject matter experts.
  • Ensure delivery of value and strategic business outcomes.
  • Effectively manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, quality, communications, and stakeholders.
  • Work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups across multiple organizations.
  • Provide project reporting as required internally and externally.
  • Ensure centralized and efficient information sharing using appropriate business tools.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 3+ years of project management experience managing enterprise-level Operational Technology (OT) or Information Technology (IT) projects in the mining, oil, gas, construction, military, utility, or similar industries.
  • Experience managing large-scale technology projects involving system integrations, upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preference for candidates with functional and/or technical understanding of mining technology systems.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create scope, schedule, communication, and other project management plans.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Skilled and versed in various project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
