Job Role: The primary responsibility of this position involves overseeing the implementation of construction projects. Key duties include leading teams, ensuring project completion in accordance with client and statutory requirements, identifying efficient delivery methods, and managing procurement and execution.

  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and safety protocols to guarantee a secure work environment.
  • Pursue innovative solutions for effective project delivery, minimising delays and costs.
  • Oversee the availability of necessary equipment and materials to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to secure repeat business opportunities.
  • Maintain the financial health of projects to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Process variations from vendors professionally without compromising relationships.
  • Comply with contractual obligations within stipulated timeframes while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Monitor and control materials receipt, storage, and issue processes.
  • Notify Quality Control of non-conforming conditions.
  • Ensure timely availability of required materials on site to prevent delays.
About You
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction leadership roles with electrical knowledge is highly desired.
  • Construction and/or Project Management qualification is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project and Excel is essential.
  • Knowledge of Pronto and Primavera would be beneficial.
  • Experience in completing CMS documentation for personnel and equipment is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables is crucial.
  • An Australian Drivers Licence is a requirement.
