Project Lead
RPMGlobal seeks an experienced project lead to oversee RPM enterprise software implementation projects. This role is responsible for operational oversight of the full project life cycle, including team members, technical specifications, and resources to ensure efficient and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project life cycle including scope, time, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder, integration, and closure.
- Provide proactive leadership to the combined team.
- Develop Project Plans, Resourcing plans, and Project Reporting.
- Design and implement robust governance structure with clients.
- Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively.

Requirements
- Proven track record in project managing the implementation of enterprise applications, preferably within the mining industry.
- Strong customer relationship management skills in complex environments.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to successfully work under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills.
