As a key member of our quality assurance team, you play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of excellence across various customer contact methods.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and monitor a sampling of calls and other contact methods for quality and accuracy
  • Report results to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in calibration sessions and call listening sessions with quality leaders and peers to ensure scoring consistency and best practices
  • Maintain strong knowledge base and contribute to process improvements
