About our ideal candidate: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Analytics Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing analytics team in Sydney, Australia.
- Lead the development of data-driven strategies by partnering with Advanced Analytics, Planning, and Enterprise Data teams.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust data models and compelling dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to forecast trends and model the impact of key business decisions.
- Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
The successful applicant should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and data science, with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights.
Requirements:- Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing analytics teams.
- Deep expertise in data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
