Unlocking Travel Insights

As a Market Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel by harnessing data-driven insights to inform our brand, marketing, and product strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor Gen Z traveler habits, dreams, spending, and decision-making patterns from social media trends to booking behaviors
  • Track competitor activity, broader industry trends, and cultural shifts
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects, including surveys, focus groups, journey mapping, and brand trackers
  • Present actionable insights through reports, decks, and workshops that drive business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in market research, insights, or strategy, preferably in youth-focused industries
  • Strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Experience launching or managing research platforms like Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar
  • Able to distill complex data into meaningful, emotionally resonant insights
