About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people.

  • We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to provide clinical leadership and support to our teams.

The successful candidate will have

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • A thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Previous experience working within a residential aged care setting in a similar role.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
